I’m writing this week’s letter with a heavy head — and heart. Not just because I’m pushing through sleepless nights while both my kids tackle their exams (any parent out there will feel me on this), but also because I’ve been doing some serious reflecting.
Tuesday marked the start of our Retail Masterclass, and honestly, it was electric. We had over 100 therapists in attendance — committed, switched on, and ready to elevate their skills.

But if I’m honest, my joy was mixed with a little disappointment. We have over 1,500 people in this community, and yet only a fraction joined.
That got me thinking about foundations — the ones we build in our businesses and in ourselves.
See, my trainings don’t follow the typical “do this, say that” script. I build from the ground up. We start with a strong foundation: mindset, purpose, the real reason you do what you do. Because once that’s solid, everything else — the sales, the retention, the Google reviews — all of it becomes easier, natural, powerful.
And we saw that in action. At the end of the session, the feedback was incredible. (I’ll pop a short clip of what was shared — you’ll see what I mean.)
