š„ I Am Officially Fed Up...
Hello,
If I have to record one more video clip, I might scream.
I think I recorded 50... maybe 60 clips in the last week.
Different angles. Different hooks. Different versions.
Delete. Re-record. Delete again.

But somewhere between clip 37 and clip 52, something hit me.
And here’s the truth: I don’t even enjoy it that much.
But I keep doing it.
Why?
Because the team needs it.
Because the community engages with it.
Because visibility matters.
Because consistency builds momentum.
And that’s leadership.
Sometimes we don’t do things because we love them.
We do them because the people we serve need them.
Which brings me to this week’s Masterclass.
The feedback from the huddle implementation has been incredible.
Some of you tightened structure.
Some of you shortened them.
Some of you admitted they were inconsistent before.
And the energy shift? Immediate.
Then yesterday we tackled Staff Meetings.
Not fluffy meetings.
Not catch-ups.
Real performance-driven weekly meetings.
And this is where it got exciting.
I issued two SOPs that are absolute game changers:
- Using an AI Note Taker in Your Meetings
- Weekly Staff Meetings SOP
These are not theory documents.
They are plug-in, implement, raise-your-standard tools.
Because here’s the truth:
Meetings are either:
- Energy drains
OR - Revenue drivers.
There is no in-between.
And most spas are sitting in the in-between.
š” A Small Leadership Reflection for You This Week
Ask yourself:
Are your meetings creating clarity...
Or are they creating confusion?
Are they structured...
Or do they drift?
Are they documented...
Or does everyone leave with a different version of what was decided?
Structure doesn’t kill culture.
Structure protects it.
The level of sharing on yesterday’s call was powerful. Honest. Practical. Real.
If you’re not inside this 5-Week Masterclass, you are missing systems that directly impact:
- Revenue
- Accountability
- Team energy
- Operational discipline
And we’re only on Week 2.
Intentional leaders build intentional systems.
See you inside.
Lots of love,
Marisa
