Something big is changing in marketing!

This week, I had one of those moments that makes you stop and think.
I was conducting monthly business review meetings with two of our largest spa clients. These are well-established businesses with strong reputations, experienced teams, and marketing support in place.
Yet both meetings revealed exactly the same concern.
Their social media engagement is down.
Their client numbers are down.

But here’s the interesting part...
Their average client spend is up.
At first glance, this sounds like good news. Clients are spending more money when they visit, which is fantastic for revenue. But when you look deeper, there’s a problem.
If fewer people are finding you, engaging with you, and booking with you, eventually there are fewer people available to spend that money.
What struck me most was that these conversations happened during the very week I was finalising the content for our upcoming Marketing Masterclass.
The timing couldn’t have been more relevant.
