This week we kicked off the first session of the Wellness Professionals Club business transformation masterclass, and I want to share a little… but not too much.
Our deep dive was on huddles.
The kind that happen daily, standing together as a team, and set the tone for everything that follows. What surprised many people on the call was not what a huddle is, but how much impact it has when done with intention.
Small adjustments. Clear focus. The right structure.
And suddenly communication feels lighter, priorities are clearer, and teams show up differently.

Huddles done properly don’t just organise the day - they shape culture, energy, and results.
And when they’re not done properly?
They quietly create frustration, confusion, and unnecessary pressure.
Which brings me to next week.
Next week’s masterclass is all about Staff Meetings.
Probably one of the most misunderstood tools in a business.
When staff meetings are not structured correctly, they drain time and energy and often leave everyone feeling worse than when they arrived. When they are done well, they become a powerful space for alignment, accountability, and growth.
I’m not going to unpack the “how” here - that’s what the masterclass is for.
But if you’ve ever left a staff meeting thinking:
- “That went nowhere,” or
- “Why are we still dealing with the same issues?”
Then next week’s session will feel very familiar.
